Supervisors can upload lists of phone numbers, and even schedule the time the call should be made. The agents just need to enable the dialer, and their phone will start calling!
Abandoned calls will automatically be added to the top of the list, so you won’t miss a thing! You can reduce customer wait time by having them intentionally abandon their call adding themselves to the list and guaranteeing a call back!
