To ensure a smooth and successful deployment of our software, DATEL assigns a Project Manager to every order we receive who has experience and knowledge of your PBX.  The Project Manager assigned follows a proven installation methodology which not only helps them understand your reason for buying our software but enables them to gather the components needed for a successful implementation.  Understanding your needs in the beginning helps us deliver a turn-key solution which you will start getting value from on day one.

 

Core Responsibilities of the Project Manager

Communications – effective and timely communication with you and your Solution Provider

Verification – Making sure your envirnoment has all of the components needed for a successful implemenation.

Remote Connectivity – Confirm remote access to the PC or Server where you would like our application loaded

Deliver Turn-key Solution – Pre-configure our application per your requirements to have you up and running on day one.

Date for Installation – Set a date within 10 business days of verification for software installation.

Training – Schedule a time for either Remote or On-site Training after installation and testing is complete
