Assign a Project Manager

A Project Manager is assigned to oversee the installation and training process of every order received by DATEL.

Requirements for Remote Installation

Our software is premise-based, which means you will provide a PC or Server to run our application at your location.  The software can run in a virtual environment, the database can be separate from the applications, or everything can be on one server.  Depending on your requirements, our project manager will customize your installation and communicate what is needed to be successful.

Remote Installation of the Software

Who better to install our software than us!  Just give us remote access and we do the rest.  No hassle, no delays, just a clean installation the first time.

Verification and Testing

After the software is installed our team verifies everything is working and configured properly.  We test our application to make sure there are no errors or problems, so you can feel confident with the finished product.

End User Training and Launch

With every installation we provide end-user training to make sure you are comfortable with our applications.  Understanding our products and how they work creates confident users.  Getting it right the first time gives your organization results up front, increasing productivity.

Maintenance and Support

Our job doesn’t end after a successful deployment and training.  We are here to help for the next year!  Included with your software purchase is a one year maintenance and support contract – Forever SWEET!
